About Shanice

Shanice Lynch joined Caribbean Legal Suite in 2026, following her call to the Bar in the same year. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to legal matters, combined with a strong commitment to client-focused service and community leadership.

Prior to joining Caribbean Legal Suite, Shanice gained practical experience across both legal and corporate environments. Her work has included legal and regulatory compliance, contract drafting, analysis and review, policy development, and exposure to personal injury, commercial law, property law, and employment law matters. This diverse experience has shaped her thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to legal practice.

Shanice has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and community service throughout her academic and professional journey. During her time at the University of the West Indies, she served as Public Relations Officer for the Mona Law Society's CEAC Committee, contributing to student engagement and advocacy.

At Norman Manley Law School, she continued her leadership roles as Public Relations Officer for the Christian Fellowship Club and held key positions within the Children's Outreach Programme, including Treasurer and Vice President, reflecting her passion for youth development and community advancement.

Outside of Legal Practice

Beyond her professional life, Shanice enjoys exploring new experiences, spending quality time with family and friends, and expressing her creativity through singing and dancing. She is also an avid film and series enthusiast who values continuous learning and personal growth.
